Refund Policy
Generally, all purchases on this website are non-refundable due to being digital products. However, a refund may be provided if:
- Your Property Report contains significant errors within the presented data;
- Your Property Report is unable to be generated for any reason; or
- Your Order Delivery Email is not sent by Homesnoop within 1 hour of order, and you make a refund request before we send the Order Delivery Email (please ensure to check your Junk or Spam folders).
To make a refund request, please email hello@homesnoop.com.au with your order information. All refunds where a Property Report has already been delivered are at the sole discretion of Homesnoop.
If you do not receive the order delivery email within 1 hour of purchasing, you should immediately contact hello@homesnoop.com.au with your order details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
